Calvin leads the Contentious Department of the Firm. He regularly advises private and corporate clients on company and commercial matters, and assists clients with the formation of companies, drafting of business contracts and advising on company management. He has had the experience of being the in-house Legal Counsel for more than 10 years for Statutory Organisations such as Airport Authority and Hospital Authority and Private Global Companies such as Adidas and Warner Brothers.

As a qualified Solicitor in Hong Kong, Calvin also leads the Firm’s litigation team in providing legal advice for commercial and individual clients on contractual disputes, debt recovery, matrimonial and succession as well as criminal defence.

Calvin also advises clients on drafting of wills and estate distribution or planning and has represented executors and surviving family members in probate and estate administration matters.
